AMENITIES Sunscape has a marina which has 25 boat slips and a picnic area that opens up to the Great South Bay. We have a heated swimming pool which is opened daily from 9:00am to 8:00pm during the pool season. Sunscape has two tennis courts. We have a beautiful nature preserve surrounding the properties both on Sunscape North and Sunscape South. On our north side there are 16 homes. It is heavily wooded and gives a charming secluded feeling. The main area is on our south side which has our pool, office, tennis courts, our beautiful pond, marina, picnic area and a larger nature preserve. |
