The office is located on the second floor of the pool house building.  Our mailboxes are 75 Boathouse Lane and 150 Boathouse Lane which is opposite the pool house.

Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 40S 
(Robert Moses Causeway to Exit RM2E- RT-27A 
(Montauk Highway.)  Follow 1.1 miles and make right onto Southfield Road (Sunscape South).

 SUNSCAPE NORTH

Take Southern State Parkway East to Exit 40S 
(Robert Moses Causeway to Exit RM2E- RT-27A (Montauk Highway).  Follow 1.5 miles and make left onto 
Otis Lane (Sunscape North), which is immediately adjacent to Southward Ho Country Club.
